Discounts

Every day is Discount Day at Hickory Hill! We accept discounts from AAA, Good Sam, Coachman Club, FMCA, and V.A. Employees Association. These discounts are good all season long with a valid membership card. Discounts are not valid with other specials or coupons. Lodges, Cottages and Cabins are not eligible for the above discounts.

Reservations & Deposits

Reservations are recommended well in advance for our summer season. A minimum of one night's deposit is required at the time of making your reservation, and a minimum of three night's deposit is required for holiday weekends (3 night minimum stay on Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day Weekends). No sites will be held unless deposit is received within 7 days of making your reservation.

Advanced Reservations for Cabins, Cottages, and Lodges

A minimum of two nights is required for advanced reservations for the 2008 camping season.

Prior to April 1st, 2009, a minimum of 5 nights is required to reserve a cabin, cottage, or lodge for July and August 2009. After April 1st, a minimum of two nights is required. Reservations for 2009 may be made as early as May 1st, 2008.

Refund Policy

In the event that you must cancel your reservation for any reason, your deposit will be refunded (less a $5 handling fee), providing notice has been received a minimum of one week prior to your arrival. If you cancel less than one week prior to your arrival, you will be given credit (less $5) good anytime in the future. Deposits of reservations cancelled on the scheduled arrival date will be forfeited.

Cancellations for our rental units require a minimum of 14 days advance notice to receive a refund. Otherwise, credit will be given for future use.

If there is no advance notification, deposits of non-arrival guests will be forfeited and the site will be released without notice.

If you need to change the number of nights you have reserved, please notify us immediately, for we cannot guarantee the change request will be available.

Although we do our best to guarantee your site request, we reserve the right to substitute sites if necessary.
