Groups & Conferences

Hickory Hill Family Camping Resort is the ideal choice for your group's event. For camping groups, family reunions, company picnics, conferences and more, Hickory Hill is the place! Our friendly staff is ready to help you make your event a success.

Campsites and Lodging

We can accommodate up to 110 units (both open and shady sites) with water, electric and/or sewer and cable TV hookups. Our 35 pull-thru sites have an average length of 60' and an average width of 30'. All sites are equipped with 30 AMP service, and 60% offer 50 AMP service.

Lodging accommodations consist of 9 cottages which sleep 6 people, 9 cabins which each sleep up to four people and 6 lodges which sleep 8. See Lodging for more information.

Meeting Facilities

For group gatherings we offer a 50' by 56' enclosed Activity Hall with seating for up to 150 people. The hall is heated for cooler weather and offers a full kitchen and restrooms. Audio/visual equipment is available for your convience.

Faxing equipment and internet hookup are available in the store.

Catering Services

We'd be happy to do some or all of the cooking for your group so you can relax and enjoy your gathering. Several meal plans are available. Please contact us for menus and prices.

Group Events
